Spike Island Tours

- The ferry must leave on time - please arrive 15 mintues before you sailing departure.
- It is neccessary for some passengers to sit outside during the sailing. Please dress appropriately for the weather on your day of travel.
- Please have your ticket printed or on display on your phone as tickets cannot be printed on arrival.
- Tickets must be redeemed at the Kennedy Pier ticket office prior to sailing.
Ferry departs from Kennedy pier, Cobh - 50 meters east of Titanic Cobh in the town center.
Please have you ticket printed or displayed on your phone on arrival to the pier.
Parking is free at Cobh cathederal and 5 foot way car park by Cobh heritage Center. Allow 20 minutes to park and walk. Parking in Cobh center not suitable due to 3 hour limit. No refunds or later sailings for late arrivals.
Ticket price includes return ferry, island welcome and history on arrival and time to self explore. Each visitor gets a free map and downloadable app.
Visits normally last 3.5 hours. This includes the ferry journey which is 10 minutes each way, a guided tour of approx 30 - 40 minutes, time to get a tea/coffee, visit the gift shop, and time to self explore our museums. No refunds, later sailings or change of date can be issued to late arrivals who miss their sailing. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your purchased sailing day and time. Refunds for bad weather are only made when a sailing is cancelled by Spike Island Tours.
No dogs allowed on the ferry.
The ferry is wheelchair accessible however there is a steep incline to Fort Mitchell and 3 of the 11 attractions are inaccesible for wheelchairs. Please email us to advise if attending in a wheelchair. See https://www.spikeislandcork.ie/spike-island-accessibility/
